2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED.

Use of the Ma Petite Planète website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or completed at any time, and users of the Ma Petite Planète website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The Site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, interruptions for technical maintenance may be decided by Clément Debosque, who will endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of such maintenance.

The Ma Petite Planète Site is updated regularly by Clément Debosque. Likewise, the Legal Notice may be modified at any time; such modifications remain binding on users, who are encouraged to refer to them as frequently as possible in order to remain informed.

The Ma Petite Planète mobile application, available on the following stores "App Store" and Google Play, is one of the services offered by the Ma Petite Planète association. The purpose of this application is to provide the best possible gaming experience to its users in order to ensure the association's mission. The legal prerogatives mentioned below applicable to the Ma Petite Planète website also apply to the mobile application, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED.

The purpose of the Ma Petite Planète Site is to provide information concerning all of the association’s activities.

Clément Debosque endeavors to provide information on the Ma Petite Planète Site that is as accurate as possible. However, he shall not be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, or failures to update such information, whether caused by him or by third-party partners providing such information.

All information provided on the Ma Petite Planète Site is given for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information appearing on the Site is not exhaustive and is provided subject to modifications having been made since it was first published online.

4. CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA.

The site uses WordPress technology

The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage linked to the use of the site. Furthermore, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment and with a last-generation updated browser.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COUNTERFEITING.

Ma Petite Planète owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights to all elements accessible on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Ma Petite Planète.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements shall constitute infringement and may be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

Ma Petite Planète shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet required specifications or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Ma Petite Planète shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Site.

Interactive areas (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Ma Petite Planète reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Ma Petite Planète also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, in particular in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

7. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT.

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the Ma Petite Planète website, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Ma Petite Planète website, the user's access provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Ma Petite Planète only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she enters it. The user of the Ma Petite Planète website is then informed whether or not he/she is required to provide this information.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Ma Petite Planète Site shall be governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
