We were finding it difficult to fully involve our staff in our environmental approach, so this challenge was a real card to play, and I was far from imagining such enthusiasm. The competitive aspect helped to motivate people who weren't really convinced at first. A real dynamic has been launched within the perimeter!

We were looking for an innovative way to raise our teams' awareness of environmental issues, and what we found was a great adventure. The results went beyond what we had imagined. Team cohesion has been strengthened, several employees have proved to be real leaders in organising the challenges and, of course, we've learnt a lot.

It was a great opportunity to bring together colleagues from different backgrounds around a common cause. Not only does the format enable you to improve your knowledge of the climate cause, but it also creates links between teams, which is of great value from both a personal and a professional point of view.

PFor the 1st time, Capgemini Europe Cluster embarked on the Ma Petite Planète adventure with more than 197 players across Europe and India. Our 9 leagues took on instructive challenges with great enthusiasm, strengthening our team spirit and enriching our environmental knowledge on various themes.
